The sound of kids laughing
INT. dark room - afternoon
We see a Man’s feet
wearing black smart shoes. He is walking fast; his shoes make distinctive
tapping sound.
We then hear children laughing again - the Man opens a doorknob slowly. He approaches a GIRL siting
unconscious on a chair. She has been tied to the chair and she looks worn out...
he picks up a glass of water already placed on the TABLE in front of her and
Splashes it on her face- the girl wakes up. She had been dreaming of her
family. She can’t see clearly the images are blurred. She comes back to her
senses stares at the man wearing BLACK SUIT. She frowns...
The girl
Where am I? Who are you? Where is my family?
he
ignores her questions
The man
WHERE IS IT?
the
girl frowns. She is
bemused.
The Girl
Where is what? I don’t know what you talking about.
Where am I?!
He leans over her putting both his hand on her chair.
The man
Stop playing with me! Tell me where the fuck is
it!?
He leans forward. She spits at him... He wipes his face off and
backhands the girl very hard. She screams. The man’s phone rings.
The man
She is a dead end. I don’t think we need her
anymore.
He turns around walk toward the door; the door closes behind him; the girl
keeps on screaming in the background.
